This was our first time visiting Roaming Bison Tavern and we had an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The owner even came out personally to greet us and thank us for stopping by, which made the experience even more special. 🥰🩵

The barbecue was absolutely delicious, tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection😋 The sides were just as good, and you can tell everything is made with care. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal. We ordered the Pit Master and the RBT Sampler—they did not disappoint 👌🏽🔥

We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great barbecue and excellent hospitality!
